The treating physician determines the duration and the settings for exercising with the Camoped. There are numerous suggestions for customized therapy patterns.
Depending on the type of injury and the surgery involved, these therapy plans can be modified to individual situations.
The patient should sit on the floor or on a daybed when exercising with the CAMOped. He exercises first in a supine position (Fig. 1) and later changes the starting position by exercising in an upright sitting position (Fig. 2) (in this way the rear of the thigh muscles is also somewhat stretched). If he can lean his back on something when doing this, it is all a bit easier.
